Online Training for Plumbers Made Easy

Posted By Clayton Williams on July 09, 2014
Instructional Technology Services, Inc. (ITS, Inc.) is excited to announce the release of the Online 2012 Plumbing Code Update. This is the ONLY place where plumbers in Michigan can register and take the class online to obtain the required certificate for renewal of Plumbing Licenses. Deadline for taking the code update is January 16, 2015. Click here to learn more.

If you know of any Journey or Master Plumbers now is the time to share and let them know.

This is the third time ITS, Inc. has developed and hosted an online course for a Plumbing Code Update in partnership with the Michigan Plumbers & Mechanical Contractors Association (MPMCA). Each online training consists of several video segments of edited lectures by the Chief of the Plumbing Division, Bureau of Construction Codes covering important material about each code update. After reviewing content and taking practice quizzes participants complete a final assessment. Once the course has been successfully completed, users can print a certificate of completion.

In an industry that is always moving and where people are being more and more pressed for time, required training should be easily accessible and provide users the ability to learn at their own pace. This is why online courses are so valuable.
