ITS, Inc.'s design team assists organizations in creating complete workforce development training and professional development that will be a solution for your organization's learning needs. Our preferred Instructional Design method is A.D.D.I.E.
Elements of Instructional Design
  • Analyze and assess needs
  • Design instruction and presentations
  • Develop materials
  • Implement activities and courses
  • Evaluate participant progress and instructional material effectiveness

Once a Learning Needs Analysis (LAN) has been done for your organization (see Training and Consulting Services), ITS, Inc. will use that information to determine which of the Design methods will be best to implement Customized Workforce Training (CWFT):
  • Course Conversion - ITS, Inc. will take current written materials and traditional face-to-face courses and convert them for an online or blended learning environment.
  • Course Creation - ITS, Inc. will provide knowledge facilitators and content experts to create online course materials that fit your organization's needs.
  • Blended Learning Programs - ITS, Inc. realizes that every organization and learner will have different learning needs. Blended learning environments combine traditional face-to-face learning with online learning to produce an enhanced learning experience.
The next step in CWFT is Development and Implementation. In order to ensure high-impact learning, material must be engaging and challenging for the learner. ITS, Inc. incorporates a variety of design techniques to create courses that are compatible with all learning styles. Online and blended learning courses can be developed by implementing different combinations of interactivity, media, audio, visual and technology-based integration methods.

The Evaluation is part of our Learner Support Services. A thorough review of the Evaluation process can be found under that portion of our website.
