TECHNICAL SUPPORT

ITS, Inc. will administer and host the Content Management and Learning Management Systems. If a learner has issues with a Learning Module, our Help Desk is available to them. The Learning Module Help Desk is open during business hours Monday through Friday from 8 until 5. If you submit a question Monday through Friday, you can expect to receive a response within 24 hours. If you submit a question Saturday or Sunday, you can expect to receive a response within 48 hours. You may email your questions to its_inc@comcast.net
