Dr. Timothy Brannan, president of Instructional Technology Services, Inc. (ITS, Inc.) effectively blends seven years of private sector experience in the financial services field with sixteen years experience in higher education as an administrator and academician. Dr. Brannan's goal in starting ITS, Inc. was to inform and educate service industry professionals about the options and methods for creating successful training programs. Dr. Brannan continues to explore new training methods and help organizations, associations, and higher education reach their training goals

Dr. Brannan currently holds an Full Professor of Educational Technology position in the College of Education and Human Services, Teacher Education and Professional Development department at Central Michigan University. He has held positions at Michigan State University as an academic specialist and at Lansing Community College as the Director of Distance Learning and Education Technology. While at Lansing Community College, Dr. Brannan's leadership resulted in the college building the largest "Virtual College" in the Midwest. Enrollments grew over 100% per semester and the college increased the number of virtual degrees and certificates offered from two to sixteen in just two years. Dr. Brannan has also served as an integrating technology in workforce development consultant for the Michigan Community College Association and as an education consultant for Clinton County Regional Educational Service Agency. He has experience in union settings and is a member of the Michigan and National Education Association.

Kaitlyn Gwizdala joined the Instructional Technology Services, Inc. team as a Technology Assistant in 2010. Ms. Gwizdala works collaboratively with the instructional design and development teams in the production of online courses and supplemental materials and actively participates in the development and training of learners. She researches and reviews instructional materials, assists in the development of course materials that are functional, intuitive, informative, and consistent with sound instructional design principles. Additionally, Ms. Gwizdala is also responsible for assisting learners in areas such as enrolling, tracking and reporting their progress to appropriate management and/or certifying agencies. She has also lent her leadership and organizational skills as assistant producer to the Media and Design department, assisting with video content development. 

She is currently a student at Central Michigan University obtaining her Bachelor of Biology.  From there Ms. Gwizdala plans to go into Michigan State’s highly regarded College of Osteopathic Medicine in order to meet her ultimate goal in becoming a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
